Sorry about how long it's been since I've updated - Lauren and I were sorting out some annoying FTP errors. All fixed now though! Hopefully... ;; @_@ ;; Anyways, here's a new layout that will just emphasize the journal because I don't have time to revamp everything else at the moment.

Yesterday Jake and I were sitting at Burger King while he had lunch and this really creepy guy kept walking up and down the resturaunt collecting napkins, utensils, ect. But once I took a closer look at him, he came off looking like a stupider, fatter, L from Death Note. It was hilarious - I just couldn't get over it. If you haven't read Death Note (or seen Fight Club) don't talk to me again until you do. ;)
So I guess I should apologize for my absence but my computer was broken so it really wasn't my fault. I also got myself a shitty job at McDonalds and the only reason I don't quit is because I love everyone there. I promise I'll get a new layout up soon (not some premade crap like the last few times) but don't rush me. Anyways, enjoy yourselfs and go to ANIME VEGAS with me from Sept. 1-3 @ the Cashman Center! Yippee!!!!

I bought a Disney Princess coloring book and, as my mother puts it, I've been artsy lately. =)

Starting Monday Jake is going to start me on a 'Get Sexy' diet. It pretty much consists of exercising three times a week and going on a crazy salad diet. I'm pretty excited about it and I know that with his help I'll be able to drop a few pounds. And I figured I would log what I'm doing here. That way I can bitch about how much of a Nazi my boyfriend is being without pissing him off. ((The only thing he ever reads is comics/mangas and graphic novels so I'm safe here))

So I'm up this early because of Muse, my toddler kitten, who can't seem to want to sleep anymore once 3:30 hits. I love the kitty to death but he drives me completely crazy and now I have the sudden urge NEVER to get pregnant. I know he's the reason I have horrible allergies too, but I can't bear to just give him away because of that. ((And he's so damn adorable!)) But now I have to go back to my bottle of water to cure my itchy throat and my box of kleenex so I can stop sneezing.

Well, I finally got that lovely thing called closure. And I realized it's all I've ever really needed. I feel relieved and okay about everything. And after more than a year, it's about time I did.

So if you losers haven't noticed I've put up a new {temporary} layout. I'm waiting for a couple of pictures off of gaia so I can base a layout on that.

So while I was getting my hair cut today, my stylist offers me a job. Well, it was part of one of those annoying 'where do you go to school', 'how old are you' conversations, but for once it was beneficial. Basically, they need someone as a receptionist part time to fill in the slots of the other girl whose currently doing it. Boy was she eyeing my up and down when I got that application... Anyways, the job pays $16.50 per hour and I'm completely stoked about it. Hopefully, my unemployed ass is pretty enough to get a job that pays that well. =) Wish me luck!!!

My mother gave me the angelic version of Tarot cards and I'm kind of disgusted, annoyed, and intrigued all at the same time. I mean, aren't Tarot cards a deadly sin or something to religous people? Whatever, it's just weird. I'm really impressed on the reading Brooke gave to Jake and I. It was pratically dead on and now Jake keeps calling me 'his star'. <3 I love when he does it too! Tomorrow is our 11-month anniversary and I think we're going to spend it sleeping or playing Kingdom Hearts. I got bored Wednesday night and started a new game - I'm watching all the plot movies too so it's taking me a long time to get through stuff. I'm in The Land of Dragons and I can't believe anyone would think Mulan was a girl. I mean, come on! She makes a cuter guy. XP Yeah, I think I'm moderately racist too. Either that or I'm just a bitch. I'm Jake's minx anyhow and I absolutely love that title.

So I've fallen in love with Blood Plus! <3 (it's on late saturday night on cartoon network's adult swim in case you want to watch it) I've always had sexual fantasies about vampires so it's only natural that I'm in love with an animae about them. Speaking of animae, I'm going to attend Anime Vegas this year and am considering roleplaying a character from Kingdom Hearts. Most likely Kairi, but being an organization member would be fun also.

My one year anniversary with my dearest Jake is rapidly approaching. =) We're going to see Lacuna Coil and Stone Sour on the 20th to celebrate. ((the actual date is april 25th)) I'm excited about it all because I feel like I have finally found my soulmate, my lover, and my best friend all in one. It's fucking amazing!!!

I'm applying for a job at Coco's currently and I really hope I get it. I've got to have money so my hunny bear will have a present for our one-year anniversary. <3 And there's a crapload of stuff I want to buy, let alone the fact that I need to pay off my car and help with college. I have a decision on that thing too -- I'm going to stay here in Vegas and attend UNLV with my Jake. It just seems like the most sensible thing to do and I've never been too particular about where I go to get my education.

And therefore, I'm ending my rant for tonight.
